has been serving patients in the Saint Francisville area since 2010. We take great pride in providing our community with high quality, child-centered care and family-centered education. Proactive early-intervention measures help our children on the right path and we work with that idea in mind.
Lucie B. LeDoux, MS, L-SLP, CCC-SLP
known simply as, "Ms Lucie" to her littles, has dual certification in both Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. From St. Francisville, she graduated from St. Joseph's Academy in Baton Rouge and obtained both her Bachelor and Masters Degrees from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After working in public schools for several years, she has opened private practices specializing in pediatrics in Lafayette and St. Francisville. She has dedicated her entire career to pediatrics!
Holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from the American Speech-Hearing Association
Licensed by the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA) Appointed LBESPA Board Member by Governor John Bell Edwards in 2019 where she currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer
In 2013, she became a Certified Literacy Interventionist. In 2021, she passed the International Dyslexia Association's Knowledge and Practice Examination of Effective Reading Instruction (KEEPRI) Lucie obtained level one mastery of Greenspan's DIR/Floortime Approach for Professionals.

She is married to Scott with whom she has three sons, Aden (19), Zachary (16), and William (10). She enjoys spending time with her family and growing in her faith. She is a member of Healing Place Church in St. Francisville, LA.
She has over twenty years of experience working with children having articulation, language, feeding, oral motor and reading difficulties resulting from autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delays and disorders, learning disability, reading difficulties, dyslexia, and hearing impairments. She is deeply passionate about helping children and believes in a family-centered approach!
Originally from Rayne, LA, Megan moved to St. Francisville in 2010. She and her husband, Damian, have two beautiful children, Wesley (13) and Sophia (4). Her work history includes medical record keeping and insurance billing. A vital part of our work-family, she takes care of all things SHINE-related! She enjoys taking care of her family, cooking, and can often be found at the ballpark cheering on both Damian and Wesley!
